Christmas at Glenfall

 

          Last year, on December 5th, we did the Christmas celebration of the preschool. All the teachers worked very hard for that. We planned it well and did it beautifully. We organized it at Mahaweli Reach Hotel. We also received a lot of support from the hotel. We could decorate our Christmas wonderland beautifully form a party planner.

            Before the children came, we went there and arranged all their gifts beautifully. The children came directly to the hotel that day with their parents. The parents handed over the child to us. We warmly welcomed the children to the Christmas wonderland. On that day, the children were dressed in very fancy clothes.After all the children arrived, we started the event. First we played various games with the children. Then came the moment everyone was waiting for. It's time for Santa to come.When Santa came, the children all screamed with joy. Children ran to Santa and circled around him. Santa threw toffees and  chocolates to the children. He then danced with the children. Then everyone sat down again. Now is the time to get the snack. Santa told the children that he will give gifts to those who eat everything. So the children ate very enthusiastically. Then the children were told a story by Santa.

       

Then came the favorite time of the children. It's gift giving time. All the children got gifts. Children were very happy to receive gifts from Santa.Santa asked the children to go home and open the gifts. So after that everyone took a photo with Santa. After that, it was time for Santa to go. Santa said bye to everyone and left dancing. Then the event ended like that. Parents came to pick up the children. All the children went home very happy. We were able to do that event beautifully. The children were all happy and made beautiful memories. We were all very happy.
