Hike to Hanthana

 

                One day, some of my friends and I decided to climb Mount Hantana. We all came to Kandy early that morning and left by a bus to Hantana .We also brought food and drinks. After getting off, we went to the place where we were going to climb the mountain. That side is very beautiful. There were tea plantations everywhere. We were going through the middle of them. About fifteen of us friends went on this trip.

     Since we went early in the morning, the weather was not too bad. We started climbing the hill. As we were going uphill, we started to feel tired. We stopped and took photos. We went up the mountain one by one, eating and drinking the food that was brought. Although the road is a bit difficult, we felt that the fatigue will disappear automatically when we see the beauty of the environment while going up. We slowly climbed to the top of the mountain.

        When you go up, you can see the whole of Kandy town, and you can see a very beautiful environment with beautiful trees and mountains. We took photos from above. We sat on the top of the mountain singing songs and stayed there for a while and came back down. Although the journey was a bit tiring, we gained a beautiful experience from it.
